We are looking for a highly motivated Data Technical Product Manager who with a deep technical understanding of the Axpo Data Platform will help business teams in turning their data ambitions into concrete business outcomes and success.
What you will do:
Accompany business teams to be successful in their data ambitions.
Coach and guide business teams on designing implementing and operating data products aligned with best practices and governance standards.
Orchestrate onboarding support and coaching activities for Business Data Teams.
Design and execute enablement plans to scale the usage of the data platform within the whole organization.
Build and nurture communities to drive Data Platform adoption and knowledge sharing across business areas.
Design and deliver skill-up programs: learning paths training materials and promotional content to drive platform adoption across the organization.
What you bring & who you are:
Masters degree in computer science Data Engineering or a related field.
Strong technical foundation enabling deep understanding of data platforms and data products and data engineering activities.
Proven ability to coach teams through change and support adoption initiatives.
Excellent leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Project management experience.
Track record creating technical and non-technical content (e.g. documentation tutorials videos).
Solid scrum product owner background.
Exposure to Data Governance practices; keen to develop expertise in this area.
Skilled in storytelling and presenting complex concepts in a clear and engaging way.
Hands-on mindset with a strong focus on delivering tangible results.
Quick learner able to navigate new domains and shifting priorities.
Proficient in English German is a plus.
