Data Tech Lead

We are looking for an experienced Data Tech Lead to drive the design development and evolution of modern data platforms and data solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead data engineering and platform initiatives.
Define data architecture standards and best practices.
Mentor and support technical teams.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
Ensure data quality governance security and scalability.
Requirements
8 years of experience in Data Engineering Data Platforms or Data Architecture.
Previous experience as a Technical Lead or Team Lead.
Strong expertise in SQL Python Spark and cloud platforms (Azure AWS or GCP).
Hands-on experience with Databricks ETL/ELT processes and data warehousing solutions.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
English: Professional level.
