Danish-Speaking Tech Ecosystem Customer Support Spain ABOUT THE ROLE We are recruiting on behalf of a leading international BPO/customer experience company based in Spain. You will join a multilingual team delivering high-quality support in Danish. RESPONSIBILITIES Handle customer inquiries via phone chat and/or email in Danish Provide accurate professional and empathetic support Follow client guidelines and quality standards Escalate complex issues appropriately Maintain accurate records in CRM systems REQUIREMENTS Fluent in Danish native or C1/C2 level (mandatory) EU citizenship valid EU work permit or refugee protection status Strong communication and interpersonal skills Availability for rotating shifts (MonFri occasional weekends) Previous customer service experience is an advantage WHAT WE OFFER Competitive monthly salary KPI/performance bonus Full relocation package provided (flight accommodation support) Paid initial training Dynamic multicultural work environment Career development opportunities
