Full-time Hybrid (39 hours/week)

• Onboard new business clients and guide them through successful campaign launches.
• Build strong relationships by acting as a trusted advisor and understanding each clients business goals.
• Drive revenue growth through outbound sales activities and account expansion.
• Identify new business opportunities and support long-term client success.
• Manage a portfolio of business accounts while maintaining accurate CRM records.
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs in a fast-paced performance-driven environment.
• Provide strategic recommendations to optimize clients digital marketing performance.

• Total First-Year Gross Value: 30383.75
• Base Salary: 23876.19 gross/year
• Performance Bonus: Up to 3407.56 gross/year

• Native or fluent Danish
• High level of English
• Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience
• 2 years of experience in Sales Business Development Account Management or Digital Marketing
• Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for helping businesses grow
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with digital marketing and online advertising is an advantage
• Knowledge of the Danish market and business culture is a plus
