Danish-Speaking Customer Support Representative

A Customer Support Representative (Danish) is responsible for assisting customers via chat email and phone helping resolve queries efficiently while delivering a high level of customer service. The role involves handling account-related issues providing product or platform support troubleshooting basic problems and ensuring a positive customer experience in a fast-paced international environment. 39h: M-F 9-18. For an electric vehicle brand projects candidates must have previous experience or strong knowledge of electric vehicles this is considered paramount for the role.

Your Profile

• Fluent Danish strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Previous customer support customer service or contact centre experience preferred
• Strong communication problem-solving and customer-focused mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
