What Youll Do
As a Customer Service Representative youll become the trusted point of contact for customers ensuring every interaction is smooth professional and solution-focused.
Handle incoming customer inquiries via:
Phone
Email
Live Chat
Automated support channels
Resolve customer issues efficiently while delivering an outstanding customer experience
Document customer interactions accurately using internal CRM and ticketing systems
Meet Service Level Agreements (SLA) and quality standards
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products services and electric vehicle technology
Collaborate with teammates to ensure seamless customer support
Support additional operational tasks assigned by Team Leaders or Supervisors
Were Looking For
Youll be a great fit if you have:
Native or bilingual Danish
Fluent English
At least 1 year of Customer Service experience
Experience managing customer inquiries via phone email or chat
- Good knowledge of:
Windows
Microsoft Office
Internet applications
Basic IT troubleshooting
Customer-first mindset
Strong communication skills
Positive and solution-oriented attitude
Ability to take ownership of customer cases
Excellent organizational skills
Previous experience in the automotive industry
Experience with electric vehicles or personal ownership of an EV
