Monthly target commission of 600 with performance multipliers:
- 80% target: 1.3x commission
- 100% target: 2x commission
- 150% target: 3x commission

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Conduct product demos and client meetings.
- Build strong client relationships.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Requirements
- Native/Fluent Czech and strong English.
- 16 years of experience in Sales BDR SDR Outbound Sales or Call Center.
- Comfortable with cold calling and KPI-driven environments.
- Currently residing in Spain.
