For this role youll be supporting 123inkt one of the most trusted e-commerce brands in the Netherlands for printers cartridges and office supplies.

As a Customer Experience Specialist youll be the person customers rely on when they need help. Whether they have a question about an order a delivery or finding the right product youre there to provide a smooth and positive experience every time.

What will you actually do

• Help Italian-speaking customers via phone email and chat

• Answer questions about orders deliveries products and returns

• Find quick and customer-friendly solutions

• Guide customers to the right products when they need advice

• Work together with different teams to solve customer requests efficiently

• Make sure every customer leaves the conversation feeling heard and helped

• Every interaction is an opportunity to create a great customer experience.

• Are a native Italian speaker

Requirements

• Native Italian speaker

• Good level of English

• Available to work on-site in Valencia

• Strong communication skills
