People Hive is supporting a client in the search for a Customer Support Consultant Fashion eCommerce (Finnish) to join their team in Málaga.
The Finnish-speaking Customer Support Consultant will support customers of a leading fashion retailer across multiple channels handling enquiries complaints and more complex issues while ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction. The role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills empathy and the ability to remain calm under pressure while accurately documenting customer interactions.
