We partner with companies across Europe to provide professional customer support through email chat and phone in multiple European languages.

We are hiring Catalan Valencian Basque Galician-speaking Customer Support Agents based in Europe to support our client projects.

Responsibilities

You will help customers through multiple communication channels while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Your responsibilities may include:

Responding to customer enquiries via email chat and phone (inbound & outbound)

Content Annotations/Content Moderation

Resolving customer questions professionally and efficiently

Escalating complex issues where required

Maintaining accurate records in customer support systems

Following client processes and quality standards

Contributing to customer satisfaction and continuous service improvement

Requirements

Based in Europe with valid work authorisation

Native or professional proficiency in one of these languages : Catalan Valencian Basque or Galician

Good English communication skills

13 years of customer support or customer service experience preferred

Comfortable communicating through phone email and chat

Experience with CRM or customer support platforms (Zendesk Freshdesk Intercom or similar) is an advantage

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup with laptop/desktop

Fully remote work within Europe
