Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer contacts in German for a leading banking client via phone email and chat
Assist customers with account queries transactions complaints and general banking services
Work across rotating shift patterns morning (07:0016:00) afternoon (14:0024:00) or night (22:0007:00 Madrid only)
Maintain rigorous accuracy in case logging and follow escalation protocols
Uphold the highest standards of professionalism on every customer interaction
Stay current on banking products services and compliance guidelines
What Were Looking For:
German at native or near-native level (mandatory)
Spanish at B2 level or above
Comfortable committing to rotating shifts including nights if based in Madrid
Based in or relocating to Madrid or Valencia on-site role
Customer service experience in banking or financial services is a strong advantage
Structured reliable and calm under pressure
