Customer Service Representative (Italian & English)

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with a high level of English and native level of Italian to join the Process Filtration Customer Service team based in Terrassa Barcelona.

In this role you will be responsible for managing customer purchase orders and building strong relationships with assigned accounts. You will work closely with the sales team to support business growth in the Italian market.

This position is located in Terrassa Barcelona (Spain) and only candidates residing in the Barcelona province will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process monitor and follow-up customers purchasing orders
• Ensure effective service and administrative support for the assigned customers
• Provide delivery commitment to customers and follow-up on order activity to alert customers and sales team in case of discrepancies
• Manage invoice creation corrections and the return of the material activities
• Receive and process customer inquiries on standard pricing lead-time products and availability through efficient and friendly communication with customers to maintain excellent customer relationships
• Coordinate internally with other departments such as sales logistics finance and production to keep all aware of customer activities

Relevant Experience and Skills:

• Minimum of 2 year of experience in customer service administration or logistics
• Working knowledge of MS Office packages and Outlook
• Knowledge of Oracle R12 incoterms payment terms and CRM are an asset
• Native level of Italian and high level of English is required
• Flexibility ability to multitask to manage time and to adopt to changes
• Pro-active attitude ability to take decisions when necessary and to be a team player
