Customer Service Advisor – eCommerce – Benalmádena

People Hive is supporting a client in the search for a Customer Service Advisor eCommerce (Dutch) to join their team in Benalmádena.

The Dutch-speaking Customer Service Advisor will support eCommerce customers across multiple channels handling enquiries complaints and more complex issues while ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction. The role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills empathy and the ability to remain calm under pressure while accurately documenting customer interactions.

Critical Requirements

1. Good English
2. Customer service / banking-oriented profile
3. Good communication and problem-solving skills
4. Comfortable handling financial and customer information
5. Willing to work on-site in Benalmádena initially
6. Available to start ASAP
7. Native/fluent Dutch

Whats on Offer

• Up to 1800 in bonus
• Relocation payment 500 reimbursed after month 1
