3Commas is looking for a strong Marketing Lead to own the go-to-market execution for our new agentic AI trading platform.

We want a true player who can take full ownership move fast and drive real momentum from day one.

What youll own

• Complete ownership of the marketing launch for

• Bringing fresh ideas on what actually works in crypto marketing right now not just executing a playbook

• Building and activating the community especially on Crypto Twitter so people are actually talking about the product

• Creating and executing the full launch plan: proven growth tactics content social campaigns KOL outreach announcements and growth tactics

• Working directly with our QuantPilot lead to translate technical product details into clear compelling messaging that resonates with traders

Driving awareness and early user acquisition for pre and post public launch of QuantPilot

What were looking for

• Deep native experience in DeFi and crypto. You already live and breathe this space Strong track record in community building and generating organic buzz on Twitter and other crypto channels

• Execution-focused mindset. This is a doer role we need someone who ships quickly and gets things done. Ability to quickly understand and run with our chosen narrative.

• Comfort working independently while staying tightly aligned with a small core team

Were not looking for a generalist marketer who happens to know a bit about crypto. This role needs someone who already lives in the space and can hit the ground running. The launch is close and theres no ramp-up time. If youve made crypto products take off on Twitter know how to turn technical AI trading features into stories traders care about and want to own a high-impact launch end to end wed love to talk.
