Creative Graphic Designer

The Vinci Lab is a new department with a huge challenge: being innovative and disruptive in the promo/consumer business. We need a graphic designer which loves what he/she does passionate with the arty stuff and dedicated to provoke the different channels with disruptive designs and impactful visuals.

Your main responsabilities :

• Work on impactful designs for proactive proposals for the different channels mainly: Gallery Interco and Promo business.
• Propose innovative solutions for std products and new products (such as displays and packaging).
• Create and direct visually innovative inspirational and premium solutions to complex ideas.
• Generate new ppt templates to the different events and meetings
• Create ad hoc newsletters for Interco.
• Work closely with the Graphic (technical team) Team to ensure that the artistic direction and tone are being correctly represented to prepare the final artworks to reproduce them into physical samples.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in graphic design.

Minimum 2-year successful experience in Graphic Design/Illustration

Portfolio displaying art direction skills.

Illustration skills.

Expert knowledge of Adobe Suite: Photoshop and Illustrator is a must.

Able to create from scratch. Strong skills conceptualizing through visuals.

Fluent business English. French is a plus.

Ability to be strategic and operational.

Highly pragmatic and results-oriented. Operational mindset decisive in tackling issues flexible to adapt to quickly changing environments.
