CPS Sales Senior Account
Job Summary
The CPS Sales Senior Account is a commercially focused sales role responsible for driving growth of Consumer Panel Services (CPS) in Spain. The position combines both account development (farming) and new business acquisition (hunting) requiring the successful candidate to grow existing client relationships while opening opportunities with new clients including organizations currently working with competitors such as Kantar.
The role involves managing the full sales cycle from identifying opportunities and conducting client meetings to preparing proposals presenting CPS solutions and Discover capabilities recommending relevant consumer panel studies and processing sales activities within Dynamics.
Salary: 36800 EUR to 45400 EUR per year. Placement within the range will depend on objective criteria including experience skills and internal equity considerations. We are committed to equal pay and pay transparency. Remuneration decisions are made using gender-neutral and objective criteria.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with existing clients.
- Identify and win new business opportunities.
- Conduct client meetings and commercial presentations.
- Prepare and refine client proposals.
- Recommend appropriate Consumer Panel Services solutions and studies.
- Demonstrate Discover and other NIQ capabilities.
- Support ongoing client requirements and commercial discussions.
- Manage sales processes and opportunity tracking in Dynamics.
- Collaborate with Customer Success teams to ensure smooth client transitions and issue resolution.
Skills Required
- Strong commercial and sales orientation
- Experience in direct client-facing roles
- Proven ability to generate opportunities with new clients Ability to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Experience within Consumer Panel Services (highest priority requirement)
- Market research industry experience and Hands-on experience working with consumer panels
