Cost Manager Real Estate

• Assists in preparing the project cost estimate
• Assists in preparing the Project Cost Plan
• Responsible for cost control
• Plans payments and collections
• Reports on the status of project costs
• Reviews payment certifications and issues the Payment Request for submission to the client
• Manages Project Change Orders
• Assists in defining contract closings and the contract with the client
• Supports the projects financial close
• Manages potential deviations from the contract
• Manages claims and the legal implications of the contract with government entities

Qualifications :

• Education: Architecture Building Engineering Technical Architecture Industrial Engineering or related disciplines.
• Languages: Spanish  and English (minimum B2 level).
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in construction cost control. but experience in hotel renovations is desirable. Knowledge of cost estimation.
• Work Location: On-site at project locations and/or client offices.
