To ensure the right talent is in the right place during this period of dynamic development the internal recruitment team is seeking an experienced high-level Corporate Recruiter for a temporary assignment to strengthen capacity and drive immediate impact.
You will join a diverse highly committed team responsible for attracting talent across the entire municipal organization. Utilizing your deep recruitment expertise you will ensure vacancies are filled effectively while professionally guiding and advising hiring managers throughout the entire end-to-end process.
Key Responsibilities
As a Corporate Recruiter you own the full-lifecycle recruitment process for a variety of vacancies across different municipal departments. You will serve as a strategic partner to internal stakeholders translating your market knowledge into actionable hiring solutions while maintaining an exceptional candidate and manager experience.
Stakeholder Advisory: Act as the primary point of contact for managers and executives regarding capacity planning workforce needs and complex recruitment issues.
Intake & Strategy: Conduct thorough intake interviews with hiring managers to determine tailored recruitment and job marketing strategies for diverse target groups.
Content Optimization: Write refine and optimize compelling job descriptions that attract top-tier talent.
Sourcing & Marketing: Select and utilize modern recruitment channels job boards and targeted marketing strategies to build a strong talent pipeline.
Selection & Screening: Manage the pre-selection process in close coordination with hiring teams ensuring candidates align with both technical needs and organizational values.
Interview Guidance: Coach and guide managers in structured interviewing techniques providing expert advice on interview best practices and fair selection procedures.
Process Management: Oversee the entire pipeline smoothly from the initial vacancy request through to final onboarding.
Market Insights: Advise leadership on labor market developments talent trends and modern recruitment solutions to continuously improve the organizations hiring approach.
Job Requirements
To thrive in this complex fast-paced environment you must bring a proven track record of managing full-cycle recruitment independently within large-scale organizations.
Experience: A minimum of 8 years of dedicated experience as a recruiter within a corporate recruitment environment.
Environment: Proven experience operating successfully within a complex multi-layered or public-sector organization.
Process Ownership: Demonstrable success independently managing the entire end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across multiple concurrent vacancies.
Methodologies: Strong background in modern labor market communication employer branding and progressive sourcing strategies.
Systems: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) with a strong preference for experience using Ubeeo.
Stakeholder Management: Exceptional capability in managing relationships and expectations with diverse stakeholders at various leadership levels.
