Cook - to work across Calvary Barongarook Gardens 30.4 hours per fortnight and Calvary The Regent 46.5 hours per fortnight

- Providing fresh cooked meals to vulnerable Aged Care Residents
- Supporting our Aged Care cohort maintain their health and wellbeing through meeting the Calvary National Menu Guide
- Knowledge of IDDSI and nutritional guidelines
- Ability to cook meals in line with planned menu
- Completion of (HLTFSE001 - Follow Basic Food Safety Practices) or willingness to obtain
- Effective interpersonal communication both written and verbal
- Working knowledge of WHS and Infection Control
- Ability to operate standard domestic and industrial kitchen equipment
- TAFE Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) or Certificate Level 111 in Food Studies (or working towards) Desirable
