The Contracting & Tenders Specialist for Surgery Spain is responsible for supporting the end-to-endmanagement of public and private tenders customer contracts and related commercialdocumentation in alignment with business priorities company policies and applicable legal andregulatory requirements. This role partners closely with Sales Strategic Accounts MarketingFinance Legal Compliance and Customer Service to coordinate tender submissions contractexecution pricing documentation renewals and follow-up actions. The position plays a critical rolein enabling compliant accurate and timely access to business opportunities across hospitals andhealthcare customers while helping reduce operational risk and improve commercial effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the end-to-end tender process for Surgery Spain includingopportunity tracking review of requirements preparation of documentation submissionaward follow-up and contract implementation support.

  • Prepare compile verify and maintain administrative technical and commercialdocumentation required for public tenders private bids customer contracts renewalsextensions and amendments.

  • Review tender and contract requirements to help ensure completeness consistencypricing accuracy and alignment with internal approval processes legal standards andcompany policies before submission.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales Strategic Accounts Marketing Finance LegalCompliance Customer Service and other stakeholders to coordinate tender strategycontract execution and customer-specific requirements.

  • Support contract lifecycle activities including drafting coordination internal reviewrouting signature readiness renewal tracking amendment follow-up and maintenance ofaccurate records in the appropriate systems and trackers.

  • Monitor tender calendars submission deadlines contract milestones and renewal datesproactively following up on required actions to ensure timely and high-quality execution.

  • Maintain accurate tender and contract databases trackers and status reports providingvisibility on pipeline submission progress award outcomes expirations and outstandingdocumentation needs.

  • Identify process gaps documentation risks pricing inconsistencies or contractual issuesearly and escalate them appropriately to support sound decision-making and risk mitigation.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of tendering and contracting processestemplates knowledge bases and ways of working that strengthen compliance efficiency andcommercial effectiveness across Surgery Spain.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in tenders contracting sales operations commercial excellencepricing support customer service legal support or related roles within MedTech healthcarepharmaceuticals or other regulated industries.

  • Solid understanding of tender administration contract documentation approval workflowsand the importance of operating within company policies procurement requirements andregulatory standards.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines work with detailed and time-sensitivedocumentation coordinate cross-functional contributors and maintain high standards ofaccuracy responsiveness and confidentiality.

  • Experience working with tender platforms contract repositories ERP or pricing systemsExcel-based trackers and business support tools; exposure to public procurement processesin Spain is highly valued.

  • Excellent organizational communication and follow-up skills with the ability to workcollaboratively under pressure prioritize competing demands and support the commercialorganization with professionalism and sound judgment.
