Role Overview

Were looking for a detail-oriented energetic junior finance professional to join our Finance team in Barcelona. Youll work directly with our Finance Director owning the day-to-day data entry reconciliations and operational tasks that keep our financial engine running clean. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone early in their career who wants real exposure to a fast-moving international agency and is hungry to learn.

What You Will Do

• Process and record vendor invoices expenses and client billing with accuracy and speed
• Perform bank credit card and account reconciliations on a regular basis
• Maintain and update AR/AP records ensuring data integrity at all times
• Support monthly close with journal entries and ledger maintenance
• Manage spreadsheets trackers and reporting templates across the finance function
• Flag discrepancies early and follow through until resolved
• Assist with cash flow tracking and treasury reporting

You Are Likely a Fit If...

• You have 12 years of experience in finance accounting or a related role (or a recent degree/FP in Comptabilitat i Finances ADE or similar with relevant internship experience)
• Youre confident in Excel: reconciliations formulas structured data dont intimidate you
• Youre precise humble and take ownership of your work
• You want to stay and grow: this is not a stepping stone its a foundation
• Youre comfortable in a fast international environment where things move quickly
• Professional working Spanish and English
