We are looking for a reliable and motivated Cook to join the kitchen team at Capítulo located inside the historic Casa Roca in Palma.

What You Will Do:

• Menu Execution: Prepare and plate our breakfast lunch or dinner menus following established recipes and quality standards.
• Service Consistency: Ensure the kitchen runs smoothly during all services maintaining high standards of presentation and taste.
• Kitchen Operations: Manage daily mise en place maintain our brand-new equipment and ensure our kitchen remains spotless and compliant with all health and safety regulations.
• Team Growth: Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain our culinary standards and participate in the continuous improvement of our menu.

• Experience: You have previous experience working in a professional kitchen and understand the pace of a restaurant. You are comfortable with various cooking techniques and service rhythms.
