Located on AvenidaTibidabo our third Casa in the city will includea state-of-the-artgym a full-service spa and hair salon an 18 m² outdoor pool a café and two floors of club space.

The Role...
We are looking for an energetic personable and service-driven Club Receptionist to become the welcoming face of Barcelona Pool House. As the first point of contact for our members and guests you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences and ensuring every interaction reflects the warmth personality and service standards of the House.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment enjoys building relationships and takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Main Duties...

• Welcome members guests and visitors with confidence warmth and professionalism.

• Manage reservations enquiries guest arrivals and member requests across multiple House outlets.

• Handle incoming calls and ensure enquiries are directed efficiently.

• Support members with bookings recommendations and personalized service.

• Coordinate guest lists andassistwith events screenings and rooftop activations.

• Take In-Room Dining orders andmaintainknowledge of menus events and House offerings.

• Act as a brand ambassador creating positive first and lasting impressions.

• Collaborate closely with operational teams to ensure seamless member experiences.
