Join our Cloud Systems & Services team and help drive operational excellence across TD SYNNEXs Cloud Marketplace business in 21 European countries. As a Marketplace & Process Analyst you will optimize business processes support country teams and partners improve platform adoption and collaborate with sales IT vendors and stakeholders to deliver scalable high-quality solutions across Europe.
Manage Freshdesk queues and ensure timely resolution of support requests.
Act as the main point of contact for country teams partners and stakeholders.
Analyze and improve operational processes to increase efficiency and service quality.
Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Support vendor-related operational activities and platform management.
Provide operational insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Collaborate with IT and platform teams to enhance business operations.
Drive user adoption and best practices across cloud and digital platforms.
Strong analytical problem-solving and organizational skills.
Experience in process improvement operations or business analysis.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Knowledge of Cloud SaaS eCommerce or IT services environments.
Familiarity with ticketing systems (Freshdesk or similar) Excel reporting tools and process documentation.
Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office is a plus.
Understanding of IT distribution vendor ecosystems or channel business is an advantage.
Interest in Cybersecurity technologies and cloud security concepts.
Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) Security Fundamentals (SC-900) AWS Cloud Practitioner ITIL Lean Six Sigma or vendor cybersecurity certifications are highly valued.
Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.
