As a Clinical Consultant in Radiology Informatics (RI) you will play a key role in supporting Philips customers across Spain by ensuring the successful clinical adoption and optimization of RI solutions. You will act as a trusted clinical and workflow partner working closely with healthcare professionals to maximize the value of our DICOM visualization and informatics solutions.
This is a field-based role requiring regular travel to customer sites across Spain.
Your role:
Adapt and deliver clinical training programs tailored to the needs of healthcare professionals ensuring effective adoption and use of Philips clinical applications and technologies.
Assess customer training needs and develop customized training plans instructional materials and user documentation to address identified gaps.
Ensure full compliance with clinical protocols operational policies and regulatory standards across all training application and support activities.
Analyze clinical workflows and processes to identify optimization opportunities and enhance the value of Philips clinical applications in diverse healthcare environments.
Build and maintain strong trust-based relationships with clinical staff and key stakeholders to support successful implementation and long-term usage.
Communicate complex clinical and technical concepts in a clear structured and effective manner enabling users to confidently apply system functionalities.
Conduct on-site and remote training sessions and workshops ensuring a high level of user proficiency and confidence.
Provide ongoing clinical support and troubleshooting addressing complex questions and resolving issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with internal teams and external customers sharing insights and feedback to improve user experience and coordination across functions.
Accurately document customer interactions training activities and support actions enabling progress tracking and continuous improvement.
Youre the right fit if:
You hold a scientific or healthcare-related degree such as Biomedical Engineering or equivalent
Strong team player who will act on behalf of Philips in Healthcare IT projects
Understanding/knowledge of Medical Standards: DICOM Health Level Seven (HL7) and Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise
Demonstrated acumen for understanding applications workflow and network environments
Verbal and written English language skills in addition to Spanish as local language.
Excellent communication skills
Excellent troubleshooting and problem analysis skills
Availability to travel
