Before applying:please note that to be eligible for this position you must be currently enrolled at a university in Spainremain enrolled until the end of the internship and be eligible to sign an internship agreement with your university. You must also be available to start the internship inOctober 2026and continue participating in the program for a minimum of 5 months and a maximum of 12 months.

The Services Packaging Stewardship & Sustainability Regulatory team ensures that HP products and services are safe compliant and exceed customer sustainability expectations while enabling circular business growth. Our international team mainly based in Barcelona and Guadalajara works closely with Trade Associations Global Affairs and business units to drive circularity and compliance.

Mission

You will support our team with insightful communication & eco-design / circularity regulatory work.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support compliance work for the eco-design/circularity domain: regulatory detection and support to translating policy requirements into simple internal guidance for compliance matters related to repairability recycled materials durability etc.

  • Responsible for the development of our quarterly Circular Solutions Newsletter that empowers our business partners with knowledge around Circular economy making it interesting easy to understand and attractive to the reader.

  • Improve and manage our project tracker & provide highlights to management.

What are we looking for

Education & Background

  • Bachelors (final year) or Masters student in: Sustainability Environmental Studies Business Economics or related fields political governmental background is a plus.

  • Academic agreement required

Skills:

  • Advanced communication skills both written and oral storytelling ability.

  • Analytical mindset able to translate data into insights

  • Structured and detail-oriented with good organization skills

  • Proactive and dynamic person eager to learn.

  • Interest in sustainability & circular economy

Tools:

  • MS Office and advanced skills in Excel Power BI.

  • AI knowledge skills

Language

  • Fluent in English.

  • Additional languages are a plus.
