Change Manager (Training Focus)

We are looking for a Change Manager with a strong background in training and user adoption to support transformation initiatives and ensure successful organizational change. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a consulting environment and be comfortable engaging with stakeholders developing training strategies and driving end-user readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management strategies and plans.
• Assess change impacts and support stakeholder engagement activities.
• Create and deliver training materials user guides and communication content.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for end users and business stakeholders.
• Drive user adoption and ensure business readiness for new processes and systems.
• Collaborate with project teams business leaders and subject matter experts.
• Monitor change adoption and gather feedback to improve change initiatives.
• Support communication planning and organizational readiness activities.

Qualifications :

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Change Management Organizational Change Training or a related consulting role.
• Experience working within a consulting environment.
• Proven track record in designing and delivering training programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience supporting business transformation or system implementation projects.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
• Fluent in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP HCM CRM or digital transformation programs.
• Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g. Prosci ADKAR).
• Experience creating e-learning content and training documentation.
