CG Supervisor

At 3 Doubles Producciones we are looking for a CG Supervisor who wants to make a mark on every frame. We need someone who combines artistic vision with technical mastery and who knows how to inspire their team to achieve exceptional results.

What will your day-to-day look like

• Develop and maintain the projects overall artistic vision ensuring visual consistency across all stages.
• Translate complex ideas into clear visual solutions using composition light and color to tell stories with emotion and detail.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams understanding each members strengths to assign tasks effectively.
• Oversee complex technical projects from the initial concept to implementation and production maintenance.
• Collaborate closely with Direction Production and other technical and creative departments.
• Plan the teams workload alongside the Project Manager designing strategies to meet goals without compromising quality or motivation.
• Play a key role in the continuous improvement of the pipeline tool design automation and quality standards.
• Guide the team with clear references process optimization and a critical yet constructive eye.

What are we looking for

• At least 7 years of experience in the 3D Animation or VFX industry (with a minimum of 2 years as a CG Lead or Supervisor).
• Advanced mastery of Maya Houdini Nuke and the Arnold render engine. Knowledge of ZBrush or Substance Painter is a plus.
• In-depth understanding of production pipelines and the ability to integrate and improve them continuously.
• True leadership: You know how to motivate resolve conflicts manage team dynamics and keep everyone focused and united.
• Flexibility strategic vision and a passion for detail.
• The ability to represent the studio with a professional yet approachable attitude.
