Job Summary
Catering Supervisor
$31 per hour 12% super
- Monday to Friday role with a 7am start and 3pm finish
- Enjoy having school holidays off too!

THE POSITION
- Plan supervise and monitor food production for daily service in a retail outlet serving food & beverages
- Operate the till and process transactions
- Prepare and serve espresso coffee
- Maintain effective customer and client relationships
- Maintain focus on Food and People safety
THE PERSON
- Current Working with children check or ability to obtain
- Must hold a current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate or be willing to obtain
- Must have experience in fast paced cafe environment and experience with espresso machine required
- Experience in a similar role leading a team and delivering exceptional food service
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Intermediate computer literacy
- Strong understanding of allergen management and food safety
- Proven barista and customer service skills
