Business Process Logistic Operations Manager Iberia

What you will do

Manage and support the performance of multiple locations that provide warehouse and kitting capabilities directly to our customers

Implement country/region loan kit strategy in alignment with commercial goals and business needs

Deliver key operational metrics (service levels quality efficiency inventory optimization and financial performance) in line with business objectives

Oversee end-to-end operational processes identifying and implementing improvements to reduce costs and enhance customer satisfaction

Manage and develop organizational approach 3rd party developmentand integration of warehouse and kitting operations acquired through M&A within Iberia

Ensure effective communication and escalation processes to meet operational targets and resolve issues in a timely manner

Represent logistics operations in leadership forums and contribute to strategic decisions impacting multiple regions

What you will need

Required qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics supply chain or operations management

Minimum 3 years of experience managing teams including people managers

Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Logistics Engineering Business or related field

Fluent English and Spanish language proficiency

Preferred qualifications

Masters degree in Supply Chain Operations Management or related field

Experience managing multiple sites or regional operations

Certification in Lean Six Sigma or equivalent process improvement methodologies
