We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive to drive conversion for inbound and outbound new business acquisition for one of the leading AI companies worldwide. This role focuses on identifying engaging and closing new clients. The ideal candidate is a proactive hunter with strong digital marketing knowledge and a passion for consultative sales. Curiosity a commercial drive and a customer-centric approach are critical for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Pipeline Generation: Identify and engage potential clients through inbound & outbound prospecting (cold calls email social selling) to build a robust sales pipeline.
Consultative Sales: Conduct thorough needs analysis and present our AI Platform solutions tailored to specific client goals.
Full-Cycle Management: Drive the entire sales cycle from initial prospecting to closing deals.
Performance: Achieve and exceed revenue and activity targets consistently.
Accountability: Maintain accurate tracking of all sales activities in our CRM (e.g. Salesforce).
Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and customer success handover.
Growth: Actively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional solutions to existing clients.
Requirements
Languages: C1 level of German and B2 level of English.
Growth: Continuous skill development professional certifications and specialized sales training.
