Business Development Manager – EU – Remote – Europe

Job Description:

People Hive is supporting a client in the search for a Business Development Manager EU to join their team remotely based in Europe.

The Business Development Manager (EU market) acquires and manages IBs affiliates and traders driving growth and expanding the companys FX/CFD presence in the EU. The role builds strong partner relationships promotes trading products and executes market-specific sales strategies to boost deposits and activity and requires solid industry knowledge strong sales ability and proven relationship-building skills within the trading/brokerage space.

Critical Requirements

• FX/CFD expertise with a strong understanding of the EU trading market and its regulatory environment
• Proven ability to manage IBs affiliates and key clients with a solid verifiable portfolio (e.g. 100K monthly net deposits) from a reputable brokerage
• Native-level English; other EU languages are a plus
• Able to build trust and close high-value partnerships remotely or on-site
