Job Description:

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an Analyst to join the Asset Management division of Alantra specifically for the Capital Raising Unit (CRU) team based in Madrid. The Asset Management division is a core and growing area for Alantra which is constantly seeking new growth opportunities both by products and geographies.

The day to day responsibilities will include:

Asset Management CRM management:

o Implementation of new CRM features in coordination with IT

o Update of investment opportunities and make sure information is up to date

o Identification of potential prospects for new products/projects or to review the status of a specific fundraising process

Client management support to senior BD/Sales professionals

Product Lead Support in Alantra 5 different asset classes

Marketing Presentations

Internal Committees Presentations

Research & Client Prospecting: Research and preparatory notes of potential new LPs on international markets using Preqin With Intelligence and public web sources

Preparation of documentation and minutes for the Boards and Managing Partners of the different products

Coordination with Alantra Corporate Development division and Investor Relations team about information on the Asset Management products and investors

Include product information over different platforms used by investment consultants or advisors

Support in the preparation of internal and external investor events in coordination with Alantra marketing team

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will assist the department in a wide range of activities to support the growth of all Alantra Asset Management products.

The candidate must meet the following characteristics:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics or similar.

- Full-time availability.

- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant professional experience in the asset management industry related to business development investor relations finance accounting audit compliance.- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.

- Excellent knowledge of English both written and spoken is essential.

- Good attitude and desire to learn.

- Strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a team environment.
