ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for an engineer or architect specialized in Buildings Sustainability to join the team of buildings in our Bilbao Madrid or Barcelona. Your main responsibilities would include:

• Developing and implementing sustainability strategies in building projects.
• Advising clients on sustainability and decarbonization matters.
• Coordinating multidisciplinary work with architecture and engineering teams.
• Direct client management and participation in technical and commercial meetings.
• Technical supervision of work teams and support in the development of junior profiles.
• Preparing reports and technical documentation.
• Participating in tenders bids and technical proposals.

ABOUT YOU

Apply if you

• Have completed a bachelors or masters degree in Architecture Industrial Engineering Building Engineering Energy Engineering or other equivalent technical degrees.
• Have around 5 years of experience in environmental certifications LEED BREEAM WELL or similar with the ability to manage clients and coordinate teams.
• Have experience and/or interest in sustainability consulting applied to national and international building projects.
• Have technical knowledge of energy efficiency strategies carbon emission reduction operational and embodied carbon footprint circular economy European taxonomy and environmental analysis and building sustainability. Knowledge of LEED AP certification BREEAM assessor accreditation energy simulation and BIM will be valued.
• Are a team player with technical excellence.
• Can work independently with a flair for innovation.
• Do have an advanced level of English.
