The role
You will be part of the Data Analyststeam: helping to provide our customers the best experience by analyzingand enhancing the data our technology offers. Your mission will be to audit the service we bring to our customers and guarantee that it is of the utmost quality and exceeds expectations. Guided by your Manager you will analyze data from multiple sources on the internet (Marketplaces Social Media Google...) helpingmake the Internet a safer place.
What will you do
Analyze and validate data sets
Maintain standards for data reliability.
Execute service quality improvement activities
Work withother departments in order to improve the customer experience.

What do we need from you
Academic background in:
-Middle and/or Higher Grade(Vocational Training)as:Microcomputer systems and networks Cybersecurity Database Administration or similars.
- Bachelor Degree as: Information and Digital Content Management Information and Documentation Science Managegement and Service Engineering or similar.
Possibility of signing an Internship agreement with the correspondingTrainign center / University.
