Buscamos incorporar perfil de Soporte de Aplicaciones para participar en un proyecto bastante grande.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

-Prestar apoyo a las operaciones empresariales gestionadas en las aplicaciones del ecosistema de Iberia lo que incluye las siguientes tareas:
-Recibir y clasificar incidencias y solicitudes.
-Realizar extracciones de bases de datos.
-Corregir datos de bases de datos.
-Analizar el flujo de información a través del ecosistema de aplicaciones y tecnologías.
-Revisar el código fuente para analizar la posible causa de las incidencias.
-Entregar y documentar el diagnóstico y/o la solución de las incidencias.
-Seguir diligentemente el procedimiento para documentar ejecutar y/o implementar las correcciones de los incidentes.
-Gestionar los registros de los incidentes y requisitos en Servicenow.
-Gestión diaria de la operación de acuerdo con los calendarios y la calidad esperada.
-Participar en el análisis de los manuales de procedimientos las pruebas de calificación y la redacción de procedimientos.
-Supervisar y gestionar los incidentes.
-Validar los desarrollos solicitados como solución a la causa raíz de un incidente.
-Cumplir con el SLA definido por la empresa.
