• Createawelcomingenvironmentformembersandguestswhentheyapproachthebar.
• Ensuringthebarisfullystockedatalltimesincluding;replenishingicespiritsandmixerspreparinggarnishesandrestockingglasses.
• Polishingglasswareandstoringglassessafelyand intherightplace.
• Cleaningshakersstirrersstrainersandotherbartendingtoolsandensuringtheyare intheircorrectplaces.

• Collectglasswarefromthebararea tables andothersections.
• Ensurebinsareregularlyemptiedandensurecleanlinessandhygieneareobservedatalltimes.
• Performopeningandclosingproceduresincludingbutnotlimitedtotheset up and breakdownofstations.
• Maintainaspotlessandpristineworkingenvironmentbothfrontofhouseand backofhouse.
• ProvidingmemberswiththebillandprocessingpaymentviacardorutilisingtheSHAppand HousePay.
• Attendingregular briefingswithfrontand backofhouseteamstolearnaboutanymenuchangesandspecialsalongsidedailytastings.
• Runningdrinksforthebartothetableswhenneeded.
• Resolvemembercomplaintshandlingallmemberinteractionswiththehighestlevelofhospitalityandprofessionalism.
• Takeactioninallmattersrelatedtosafetysecuritysatisfactionandwellbeingofemployeesandmembers.
