The Role

We are looking for a B2G Sales Manager with a strong sales background in the government sector ideally with experience selling to military NATO and other defence-related institutions across Europe and rest of world.

This role owns the full sales cycle from first contact through tender trial and contract award. You will act as the bridge between demanding institutional customers and our engineering and product teams in Barcelona and you will be the face of Stark inside the defence community in your territory.

This is a hybrid role based at our Barcelona headquarters with 50% or more of your time on the road across the territory.

What Youll Do
  • Develop and execute sales strategies targeting government agencies defence organisations and related institutions across your territory.

  • Identify qualify and build a pipeline of opportunities with armed forces special operations units police forces border agencies and civil-protection bodies.

  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key stakeholders: procurement officers programme managers end users and channel partners such as defence integrators and distributors.

  • Navigate complex public procurement processes including framework agreements tenders (EU and NATO procurement mechanisms included) offset requirements and the compliance obligations specific to government and defence contracts.

  • Plan and run product demonstrations field trials and evaluation programmes with military and government end users.

  • Identify opportunities for collaboration and product customisation to meet the unique operational needs of defence customers and feed structured requirements back to our product and engineering teams.

  • Represent Stark at defence industry events exhibitions and trade shows and act as an ambassador for the brand within the defence community.

  • Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecasts in the CRM and report regularly on territory performance against targets.

What you will bring to Stark
  • A proven track record in B2G sales preferably in defence security or adjacent industries such as vehicles equipment or dual-use technology.

  • Strong understanding of government procurement processes tender mechanics and the regulatory landscape around defence sales including export-control awareness.

  • An existing network within defence and government circles or the credibility and drive to build one quickly.

  • Exceptional communication presentation and negotiation skills comfortable engaging everyone from an end user in the field to a general staff officer or ministry official.

  • The ability to work independently and strategically and to own a territory number.

  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively (expect 50% or more of your time on the road) and to obtain security clearances where required.

  • A full motorcycle licence or the willingness to obtain one so you can demonstrate our bikes yourself in front of a customer.

  • Full professional proficiency in English. Additional European languages are a strong advantage.

Nice to Have
  • Prior military or government service or hands-on experience with defence evaluation and trial programmes.

  • Experience selling vehicles mobility platforms or hardware with a technical sales cycle.

  • Knowledge of or passion for electric mobility and sustainable technology. Ideally you ride.
