As part of the Group Governance team you will join a team of passionate and dedicated corporate governance professionals who support various boards and executive committees across the NAB Group.
Youll make an impact by:
Arranging and coordinating Committee meeting logistics.
Assisting with preparation of agendas meeting packs and other materials for Board Committee and Executive Committee meetings.
Assisting with collation and distribution of meeting packs and communication with meeting presenters.
Supporting the Committee Secretaries with drafting of shell minutes and forward planning.
Assisting with information requests including for regulatory purposes.
Identifying and participating in continuous improvement opportunities.
Providing administrative assistance to other colleagues in the Group Governance team as such as cover when a colleague is on leave.
Youll bring to this role:
Experience in an administration role working with senior stakeholders in a large corporate environment.
Strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy including the ability to produce high-quality documentation at speed.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft O365 Suite in particular Word and Power Point and Adobe Acrobat DC.
Excellent organisational communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of information and rigorous at following processes and completing tasks.
Proactive mindset and good at anticipating stakeholders needs.
Ability to work effectively as team member as well as independently with minimal supervision.
