Associate Project Manager French Speaking

Location: Remote - Spain Work Type: Remote

Hyland is seeking an Associate Project Manager to join our team and take ownership of customer implementation projects from initiation through project this entry-level to early-career role you will be responsible for project scheduling and coordination budget control non-conformity resolution and risk management. You will manage small to moderately complex customer implementations operating under limited oversight and aligned with established project management methodologies. Fluency in French (written and spoken) is a mandatory requirement for this role as you will regularly engage with French-speaking customers and stakeholders. • Utilize the Project Implementation Methodology and related tools to bring projects to successful completion within scope on time and within budget; create and maintain project documentation utilizing standards prescribed by the Project Management team.
• Develop maintain and track project plans including timelines milestones dependencies deliverables and action items; maintain accurate project data status reporting forecasts and milestone tracking in company systems.
• Facilitate and coordinate client meetings including with French-speaking customers using engaging informative presentation methods; manage timely and effective communication with key customer and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project scope against contractual commitments and escalate potential out-of-scope requests appropriately; identify track communicate and escalate project risks issues dependencies and customer decision delays in a timely and appropriate manner.
• Oversee activities of project personnel to ensure projects progress on schedule and milestone commitments are met; coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g. Services Sales Support) to ensure alignment and successful customer outcomes.
• Provide support to other Project Management team members as directed; collaborate effectively with geographically distributed and cross-cultural teams to support customer engagements across global time zones.

1. Fluency in French (written and spoken) is mandatory this role requires confident professional communication with French-speaking customers and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
2. Bachelors degree equivalent international qualification or relevant professional experience; proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.
3. Strong oral and written communication skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact; proficiency in English both written and verbal.
4. Facilitation and project management skills; organizational multi-tasking and time management skills; able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
5. Self-motivated with the ability to complete projects in a timely manner; ability to work independently and in a team environment. Average travel requirements of approximately 30% annualized with regular overlap required for customer business hours across relevant time zones.

1. Proficiency in an additional European language beyond French and English is a strong plus; experience working with geographically distributed and cross-cultural teams.
2. Prior experience in customer-facing project management or implementation roles within a technology or SaaS environment.
3. Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g. PMP PRINCE2 Agile) and project management tools.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results under pressure.
5. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Sales Services and Support to drive successful customer outcomes.
