The Role

At Soho HousetheAssistantHousekeepingManagersupports the delivery of an exceptional member and guest experience bymaintainingthe highest standards of cleanliness organisation and presentation across all areas of the Club. Working closely with the Housekeeping Manager you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping team ensuring every space reflects the luxury and attention to detail expected at the Club.

Mainduties

• SupporttheHousekeepingManager inoverseeingdailyhousekeepingoperationsacrossallareasincludingpublicspacesmemberloungeschangingrooms spaareas and back-of-house.

• Supervise andcoordinatehousekeepingstaffschedulestoalwaysensureappropriatecoverage.

• Conductregularinspectionstoensurecleanlinesspresentation andmaintenancestandardsareconsistentlymet.

• Respondpromptlytoguest/memberrequestsresolvinganyhousekeepingconcernsefficientlyandcourteously.

• Assistwithinventorymanagementofcleaningsupplieslinenguestamenities andequipmentensuringcostcontrol andminimalwaste.

• Supportrecruitmentonboarding and trainingofhousekeepingstaff.

• Ensureteamisfullybriefedondailyprioritiesspecialrequests and Clubstandards.

• Communicateeffectivelywithotherdepartments(Front OfficeEventsMaintenance)tocoordinateservicedelivery.

• Createefficientstaff rotasmanagelabourcosts and reduceunnecessaryovertimetomaintainoperationalexcellence.

• Uphold andenforcestandardsofappearancecompliance safety andprofessionalismacrosstheteam.

• Minimum of 2 years experience as Housekeeping supervisor or assistant manager.

• Thriveinfast-pacedhigh-volumeenvironmentsandmaintaincalmthroughquicklyandeffectivelyproblemsolvingunderpressure

• Must behospitableapproachablepassionateaboutcustomerserviceandrespectfultowardscolleaguesandguests

• Must beabletodemonstratecompetencyasoutlinedinthetrainingscheduleand Club School

• Must beabletoworkflexibleshiftsandschedulesincludingweekendsandholidaysasneeded

• Abilitytotakedirectionworkin ateamenvironmentandautonomously
