What you will do:

General responsibilities:

  • Manage Surveys
  • INE (monthly quarterly and annually)
  • ESCILA (annually)
  • CNMC (quarterly and annually)
  • SADEI (annually)
  • FAEN (annually)
  • Administrative support to Land Management and Asset Operations teams.
  • Telematic presentations.
  • Documents archive.
  • Update information in databases and Excel files.
  • Envelope and send letters to owners and other communications.
  • Support in the supervision of billing of the energy consumption of the wind farms.
  • Update curtailments database.
  • Upload contract and owners data to LPM

What are we looking for:

  1. Academic Skills:

  • Higher vocational training in administration or a similar field (FP2) or Degree in Business Administration Management or similar.

  1. Professional Experience:

  • Not required. Experience in administrative management database management document management contract management or consumption management is a plus.

  1. Specific Knowledge:

  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
  • Proficiency in using Outlook
  • Knowledge of SAP is highly valued.

  1. Languages:

  • Ability to read write and speak Spanish and English fluently (minimum English level B2).

  1. Skills:

  • Teamwork in a multidisciplinary environment.
  • Communication skills
  • Initiative and proactivity
