Acerca del rol de análisis físico-químicos

• Realizar análisis de liberación estabilidad validaciones y otros análisis no rutinarios del laboratorio de materia prima material de acondicionamiento y/o producto terminado de acuerdo con los procedimientos establecidos. Dar soporte en actividades necesarias para el funcionamiento adecuado del Lab.

• Registrar los datos para completar la documentación los análisis realizados evaluando los resultados obtenidos frente a las especificaciones y tendencias analíticas.

• Dar soporte en las revisiones de los análisis realizados en el laboratorio.

• Colaborar en las investigaciones analíticas del laboratorio (OOS/OOTs RIAs monitorizaciones ambientales).

• Dar soporte en la actualización de procedimientos y documentación del área.

• Impartir formación de procedimientos y procesos analíticos.

• Realizar revisiones GDPs de la documentación analítica generada en el laboratorio colaborar en el archivo de esta documentación.

• Mantener y controlar el funcionamiento y estado de la calibración de los equipos del laboratorio.

• Ejecutar actividades de Housekeeping (6S) e implementar las acciones derivadas

• Colaborar en la identificación de oportunidades de mejora continua e implantación de estandarización de procesos analíticos

• Realizar actividades de gestión de consumibles de laboratorio (recepción y ubicación).

• Gestión de incidencias con proveedores relacionada con la compra de consumibles o con equipos analíticos.

• Dar soporte en la Gestión de recepción de muestras: Producto terminado materias primas materiales de acondicionado y muestras no rutinarias.

• Dar soporte en la gestión de muestras de estabilidad relacionada con la introducción y retirada en cámaras.

• Soporte en la mejora de procesos & procedimientos designados por el Responsable directo.

• Responsabilidades de EHS:

  • Conocer comprender fomentar y cumplir con todas las directrices de Medio Ambiente Salud y Seguridad (EHS)

  • Segregación adecuada de residuos

  • Identificación y mitigación de riesgos; escalado cuando sea necesario

  • Participar en las comunidades de Práctica de EHS

Cualificaciones y habilidades

Esencial

• Formación Profesional / Licenciado- especialidad preferible Análisis y Control de Calidad / Química Farmacia o Biología.

• Experiencia analítica de al menos 3 años en puesto similar en industria farmacéutica

• Experiencia en la industria farmacéutica u otra industria regulada; experiencia trabajando en un entorno de laboratorio.

• Imprescindible Experiencia en análisis físico-químicos

• Realización de técnicas Cromatografía (HPLC)

• Experiencia en validación de métodos analíticos

• Experiencia con SAP Empower Veeva Lab X Global Vision o software similar.

• Office (Excel Word)

• Resolución formal de problemas analíticos (Identificación Causas e Implementación de CAPAs)

• Buena capacidad para la interpretación de requerimientos analíticos

Preferido

• Elaboración de informes y procedimientos analíticos

• Inglés nivel básico-medio
