Airbus Helicopters España S.A. (AHE) integrates the Rotorcraft activities in Spain being a tractor company of other Spanish entities that participate in the Rotatory wing Aircraft Industry.

EBSTIF perform Design and Stress activities participating in all the phases of the product from specification to customer in-service support: conceptual and detailed design support to production (non-conformity assessment generation of documentation needed for manufacturing etc.) support to testing activities generation of evidences for certification/qualification purposes and costumer support.

In this context we are seeking a dedicatedStress Engineerto join our dynamic this role you will support production concessionsand in-service repairsfor helicopter structures delivering high-quality design solutions. Your mission is to ensure that helicopter deliveries meet strict quality standards and stay on schedule.

We are looking for candidates with:

- Ability to liaisewith all relevant stakeholders (Production line and FAL Program Quality Manufacturing Engineering Engineering specialistsCustomer line) to frame the Non Conformity (NC).

- Ability toanalyzeanyNC/ Repairimpact on aircraft airworthiness requirements and providing Engineering assessment to recover compliance

- Ability to ensuretechnical content for any documents dealing with aircraft conformity (NC Concessions Query NotesRDASetc.)

- Ability toIdentifyareas of inefficiency/repetitive issues and contributing to changes in processes and procedures.

- Ability toRepresentAirframe Engineering for Quality improvements including NC root-cause investigation and corrective actions.

Technical profile:

- Engineering Degree in Aerospace civil engineering or comparable at least 5 years of experience on Stressfor Support to Manufacturing/ In Service Support

- Solid background on Airframe Structure Stress analysis and the related processes and methods Metallic and Composite.

- Repair solutions definition (non-conformities and In-service repairs)

- Broad range of standard hand and computer methods. (e.g. GFEM DFEM CATIA etc.)

Toolset experience preferred:

oFEM Altair Hyperworks (Hypermesh Hyperview etc.) Nastran

oAutomatization through Excel via Visual Basic Python MatLab or others

- A strong computer background including MS Office application experience (Outlook Excel Word PowerPoint) and Google Suite application experience (Docs Sheets Slides Gmail).

- Ability to communicate technical subjects effectively and accurately to non-specialists
