Agile Transformation Lead (Fintech)

Mission:

As a Organizational Coach your mission will be to be a key driver of the companys organizational transformation journey: someone with a systemic mindset strong influencing skills and empathy who can help scale the companys processes culture and team autonomy.

The Role:

Reporting directly to the CEO you will be responsible for:

• Actively contributing to the companys organizational design and structure.

• Defining and executing the organizational improvement strategy aligned with the companys business technology and departmental objectives.

• Providing methodological support for both strategic and tactical planning.

• Driving continuous improvement initiatives across Business functions (Sales Risk Finance etc.) and Product & Technology.

• Embedding Lean-Agile principles across the organization and coaching teams on their practical application.

• Defining and providing area-specific metrics to Heads and teams enabling effective iteration planning and roadmap prioritization based on team capacity.

• Partnering with the Talent & Culture team and the Leadership Team to evolve the company culture increase team autonomy and foster cross-functional collaboration.

• Facilitating team workshops and sessions when needed including ideation solution design planning retrospectives conflict resolution and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Promoting transparent communication and ensuring information is accessible across the organization.

• Defining tracking and measuring the impact of organizational improvement initiatives through relevant KPIs.

What we need:

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role or as an Organizational Consultant.

• Proven experience partnering with C-level executives and influencing stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

• Excellent communication facilitation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and drive alignment.

• Strong understanding of product development in complex organizational environments.

• Hands-on experience with Lean-Agile frameworks at scale such as Nexus LeSS Spotify Model or similar.

• Strong systems thinking capabilities with experience analyzing organizational dynamics and designing effective solutions.

• Experience leading change management initiatives using frameworks such as ADKAR or similar.

• Alignment with the companys values and a good sense of humor.

Nice to Have

• Certification in Coaching (ICF ORSC) or Scaled Agile (LeSS Nexus Certified Agile Coach).

• Previous experience in high-growth startups or scale-ups.

• Previous experience in the fintech industry.

• Experience designing and delivering training sessions workshops and coaching programs for managers and teams.
