Were looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our Finance team and help us manage collections across our global operations from Barcelona to the US Canada Australia and New Zealand. Youll work closely with our Accounting and Sales teams to keep invoicing flowing collections on track and our financial data spotless.

• Handle the full daily invoicing cycle and prepayment allocation

• Follow up on receivables across our entities in the US Canada Australia and New Zealand

• Monitor collections daily and flag discrepancies proactively

• Perform transitory account reconciliations and transaction controls

• Prepare internal reports for Finance leadership

• Control and reconcile payouts from Stripe and bank transfers

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field

• Advanced Excel skills and high proficiency with financial software

• Strong attention to detail you think in decimals not approximations

• Fluency in English Spanish and Italian

• Proactivity strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple workstreams

• A results-driven analytical approach and a positive attitude

• Nice to have: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience Stripe or similar payment tool knowledge and a passion for motorcycles or sustainability
