Account Manager (UK + IE Market)

Tasks

Your role will focus on supporting the sales team while driving new business growth across the UK IE market. Key responsibilities include:

Adopting a consultative sales approach to identify opportunities and win new business.

Managing inbound and outbound customer interactions with a strong focus on the UKIE market.

Owning and developing a portfolio of accounts ensuring accurate CRM/ERP updates follow-ups and pipeline management.

Preparing and managing tailored quotes proposals and commercial documentation.

Building long-term client relationships by delivering outstanding post-sales support and solution-oriented selling.

Negotiating with suppliers clients and partners to optimize profitability and maximize margins.

Providing hands-on support to customers ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience at every stage.

Requirements

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven profile with the following qualifications:

Strong customer-centric mindset with excellent relationship-building skills.

Experience in telesales and/or e-commerce environments.

Background in sales and customer service ideally within the IT sector.

Highly results-oriented with a strong drive to exceed sales targets.

English (spoken and written) is required.

Spanish is a strong plus.

Availability to work from Madrid (candidates already based in Madrid are preferred).

Eagerness to learn and the ability to quickly understand new business and technical concepts.
