Your role
As Academic Coordinator you will be responsible for ensuring educational excellence and the successful implementation of the Kids&Us methodology across the centre. Your main responsibilities will include:
Coordinating supervising and supporting the teaching team.
Training and mentoring teachers to ensure high-quality teaching standards.
Conducting educational management tasks including academic planning scheduling student follow-up assessments and internal quality processes.
Organising academic activities workshops exams and audits.
Acting as the main pedagogical contact for families providing guidance and regular feedback on students progress.
Monitoring students academic development and supporting their learning journey.
Teaching English classes to children and teenagers when required.
Ensuring the correct implementation of the Kids&Us methodology and educational standards.
What you need
Advanced English level (C1C2 level)
Positive attitude and energy to inspire children
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Teaching Kids&Us experience
Mandatory: Certificate of Sexual Offences with no previous record
