Position Overview
The Key Account Executive (KAE) with medical expertise is responsible for managing and expanding relationships with healthcare providers hospitals clinics and other medical institutions. This role combines strong account management skills. With a solid understanding of medical terminology healthcare practices and industry regulations. The KAE ensures that clients receive tailored solutions accurate product information and exceptional service while driving revenue growth and supporting the companys strategic objectives in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership guidance and performance oversight to clinical officers and midwives.
Ensure adherence to medical protocols ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular evaluations mentoring and capacity-building for supervised staff.
Coordinate schedules workloads and resource allocation to optimize service delivery.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations ethical practices and organizational policies.
Maintain accurate records of clinical activities patient outcomes and account performance.
Prepare regular reports for senior management on account status and staff performance.
Respond to inquiries requests and complaints from staffs through multiple channels including phone email physical chat etc.
Provide accurate and timely information guidance and assistance to resolve staffs issues and concerns.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate teams or business managers for further investigation and resolution.
Collaborate with internal teams including HR and operations and technical support and business manager to address staffs needs and ensure prompt resolution of issues.
Prepare timely and accurate project reports for the Head office and other stakeholders.
Ensure all interactions comply with healthcare regulations ethical standards and company policies.
Maintain accurate documentation of staffs communications and reporting time to work.
Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelors degree or Diploma in Medicine Nursing Midwifery Public Health or related medical field.
23 years of experience in healthcare account management medical supervision or clinical leadership.
Strong knowledge of medical protocols maternal and child health and healthcare systems.
Proven experience supervising clinical officers nurses or midwives.
Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software healthcare information systems and MS Office Suite.

Required Skills:
Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field. 3 years of experience in account management Human Resource Management sales or client-facing roles. Proven track record of managing large accounts and achieving revenue targets. Strong negotiation communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data identify trends and make strategic recommendations. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
