We are Eil Global a company providing IT services in Asia Pacific and EMEA across various technologies such as desktops Servers networks and data centre technologies. We are headquartered in Adelaide Australia and have clients and offices across Asia Pacific & EMEA regions

Site Locations: Pyeongtaekhangan-ro Poseung-eup Pyeongtaek-si Gyeonggi-do 17961 Rep. of KOREA

Onsite: Weekly one full day visit (Every Tuesday)

Mode: Dispatch - On call ticket based/Freelance/Part time/Casual Basis

SLA: SBD and NBD support

Skills & Requirements:

Exp in handling desktop/network issues

Capable of installing and upgrading Operating Systems

Install patches

Software and Hardware Break Fix

Well versed IT engineer

Basics of Wi-Fi

Basics of networks LAN WAN Switch and Router Configuration

Install and administer MS Office

Business English with local language

Experience troubleshooting desktop and network issues Operating system installation and upgrades Operating system patch installation and management Software and hardware break-fix support IT engineering and onsite technical support Basic Wi-Fi troubleshooting and configuration Basic networking knowledge including LAN and WAN Basic switch and router configuration Microsoft Office installation and administration Business-level English communication Fluency in the local Korean language Availability for weekly onsite support every Tuesday in Pyeongtaek-si Gyeonggi-do Ability to provide on-call ticket-based dispatch support on a freelance part-time or casual basis Ability to meet same-business-day (SBD) and next-business-day (NBD) support-level requirements
